Kia Ora, I’m Tania.
I’m an ICF credentialed coach. I absolutely love building genuine connections with people and adding value to their lives. Most of all I love working with coaches and small business owners, helping them to maximise their potential so they can live their best lives.
I have spent the majority of my career building credibility in executive roles, providing strategies and guidance to a number of reputable multi-million dollar businesses. I’m also the Director of The Recruitment Hub NZ, a nationwide recruitment agency that aligns nicely with my coaching offering, and the Director of Real Talk NZ. So, you can be assured I know a thing or two about business.
With three businesses, three children, and two mokopuna, my life is pretty jam packed, busy and full of excitement – just the way I like it.
I believe that we deserve to be empowered to have it all, whilst maintaining the flexibility and balance in life. I’m on a mission to change lives, I’m passionate about connecting with people, and I’m here to help you in any possible way.
